Ladies And Gentlemens, Up for auction today, we here at Mid-Fi have what we like to refer to as "a little piece of future history". As you may already know, Eddie Spaghetti and the much fabled "5th Supersucker" Mr. Jordan "JoJo Dancer" Shapiro just finished a short run of gigs sharing the stage with their new friend Shooter Jennings & his good peoples. As "JoJo" isn't a big fan of flying amplifiers all over hell and back, Fender Musical Instruments was kind enough to ship him out a brand new Blues Jr. amp to use on these gigs. The Amp is mint. Hang tags were not removed, and the amp was returned to it's original shipping box after each gig (with styrofoam inserts). I believe the padded envelope the power cord was wrapped in is still with the amp!! The reverb is lush, the tone is as good as you're gonna get with a new fender amp that retails under $1000.00. Go to myspace.com/shapiro666 and click on "Sleepy Vampire" to hear the amp doing everything from clean background tones to a more broken up lead tone. I was using a Keely modded tr2 trem pedal and an analogman silver mod ts-9 for a little gain.

This amp takes pedals as well as any amp I have owned. The amp is black tolex and in awesome condition!!! This amp was used for one 1 1/2 hr set, and two forty-five min sets. Thats it. I've said more than need be said already but here it goes one more time: Perfect amp, great range of tones, lush Fender reverb, cool dude/awesome guitarist played the hell out of it. Shapiro would've held onto it, but he's already got one at home. That, coupled with the fact that his wife has an uncanny ability to detect new musical gear in the house, have led to our decision to sell this fine amplifier.

I purchased this guitar from the Music & Arts Center outside Washington DC in the late 80's. I'm the original owner too. I do not have the case but I can assure you it's been well kept and played very little. I'm not much of a guitar player at all but I sure do like them. I'm selling this because as I mentioned I don't play enough to justify keeping it and there's obviously a nice market for these made in the USA Strats. The serial number is E 978396 and it's all original. I've never replaced a thing on it except the strings a couple of times. As I mentioned it's been well kept. I brushed some clear nail polish over the signature so it wouldn't rub off!!

Amazing condition Epiphone Crestwood Custom, one of the coolest guitars on the planet, s/n 343128. I bought this guitar a while ago and just haven't played it. I am not a collector so it must go. Everything is original. Bound neck, oval inlays, this is the business!! I am not a great photographer, it looks way better than the pic's. Pat. sticker mini humbuckers sound amazing (espcially in the neck position). The neck is similar to a SG of the same period. Not too small and super comfotable in the middle. Has a couple of nicks in the finish but is in nearly mint shape with the exception of the finish checking (which is amazing on this guitar and adds to it in my opinion). The finish is still deep red with hardly any fading. Has the tremotone vibrola and the bar (not pictured is included). The only non original part is it has been upgraded to a ABR-1 stlye bridge. This is one of the nicest one Crestwoods I have ever seen. Includes the original hard to find hard shell case. These guitars are getting harder to find!! Look around for one, you will see.
